Starmark Return & Warranty Policy
If your Starmark chew toy or product sustains damage by your dog within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a refund, replacement, or alternative product at our discretion. Treats that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for refund/replacement. Proof of purchase is required. One-time product replacement or refund per household. A valid receipt is required for all refunds. Returns outside the U.S. will be refunded by PayPal with a copy of a valid receipt.

What can I do if my dog is able to get the Everlasting Treat out of the toy?
We recommend inserting the treat upside down to help make it more challenging to remove the treat. Everlasting toys can also be frozen to help make it more challenging or for a cold snack.
What are the toys made of? Are they non-toxic?
All Starmark toys are made of safe, non-toxic materials.
How do I clean the toys?
All our toys can be hand washed with soap and water, and the following toys are dishwasher safe in the top rack: Everlasting toys, Treat Crunching toys, Treat Ringer toys, FlexGrip toys, Puzzle Ball, RubberTuff toys, Pickle Pocket, Treat Dispensing Chew Ball, Treat Dispensing Bacon Ball, Twist and Lock toys, DuraTug toys.
Are replacement tops available for the Bob-A-Lot?
Replacement tops for the Bob-A-Lot are available to ship within the U.S. (One top will be replaced at no charge per unit purchased per household.) Please contact us with your name and shipping address. Additional tops can be purchased through our partner site here.

How long should the Everlasting Treat last?
The Everlasting Treats are an edible item, and the longevity of the treat depends on the individual dog.Some very strong chewers may be able to consume them in a relatively short time, while others may take several hours.
How long does it take for the Everlasting Treats to digest?
Everlasting Treats are made from edible, digestible ingredients without plastics or polymers. The ridged Everlasting Treats average 90% digested after four hours in your dog’s stomach if consumed whole. The domed Everlasting Treats average 51% digested after twenty-four hours in your dog’s stomach if consumed whole.

Do your Interactive Play toys float in water?
All Starmark Interactive Play toys float in water, with the exception of the Bend-E Branch.
Are your Interactive Play toys made for chewing?
Starmark’s Interactive Play toys are made from durable materials, but are not intended for unsupervised chew use.
Training Tools FAQ
What is the recommend weight limit for the DogZone Pro-Training Beds?
The DogZones are weight rated up to 250 lbs.
How should the Pro-Training Collar fit?
The Pro-Training Collar should fit snug, but not tight, around your dog’s neck. You should be able to fit 2-3 fingers between the collar and neck. If the collar can slip over your dog’s head, it is too loose.

Will you use my dog as a tester for your products?
We use a variety of dogs at our Animal Behavior Center for performance testing of our products including our staff members’ dogs, our training and boarding clients, as well as rescue dogs in our training program. While we do not seek outside testers regularly, we are happy to keep your information in our database to make contact if the need arises.
Do you offer coupons?
While we do not have manufacturer coupons, many of our retail partners run regular specials.
